Volunteers and partners are the bridge to enriching Learning Bridge programs.
Volunteer With Us
Whether you’d like to volunteer by yourself, with a group, or with your family, we have opportunities for you to make a difference and have fun!
Volunteers work in the garden, reshelve toys in our lending library, get mailings out, and keep our grounds and classrooms beautiful!
Classroom volunteers commit to an regular day and time. For example, Language Link volunteers support specific speech development therapies. Our Story Art volunteer, the award-winning Lindy Rubin, prepares students for our annual Art Institute outing.
Due to licensing requirements, we are required to run background checks on volunteers.
Want to learn more? Email our volunteer coordinator at volunteer@lbeec.org! Thank you for considering a precious gift of your time at Learning Bridge!
Partner With Us
Everyone in our community has an important contribution to make! Learning Bridge is a crossroads for people, businesses, universities, and other civic participants to join together in support of Evanston’s very young children.
Our partners and mentors bring the world to Learning Bridge, and we are grateful. Please contact Jenny Merdinger at merdingerj@lbeec.org for more information.
